Find your analyst

I help you to discover, strengthen and capitalize your Coretalents and build up your personal brand. This helps you to be the most complete version of yourself and realize your dreams and desires in a relaxed ánd energetic way.

'To explore and explode potential' is my motto that I like to use for other (potentially) gifted (young) adults. A Coretalents analysis is a starting point for coaching towards a growth mindset and/or development of executive functions.

With more than 1,000 core talent analyses, I know the value of this methodology. I apply it with conviction as a psychologist and as commercial engineer within my career center Diadis in career and study counseling, stress and burnout counseling, reintegration and teamcrafting.

As a master in philosophy with 25 years of experience in IT and as team coach I use the Coretalents method on a daily basis. It is my ambition to give colleagues insights into their strengths and pitfalls so that they can make the right professional choices.

Happiness and success and their meaning for people fascinate me. Because of my broad background, I look at people and their questions from different perspectives.

Personal development and study (career) guidance. Instead of filling up the gaps so that you meet the curriculum, we start from who you are in the Core and will be looking for an environment where you can light up. Consider yourself welcome!

Working and studying are enjoyable when you achieve success. That road to success is sometimes scattered with obstacles and setbacks. Write your own success story in which you turn setbacks into challenges and obstacles become learning opportunities.

I like to help multiversalists in their search for their own essence and for possibilities to transform this into a meaningful contribution and a happy life. I do this by creating time and holding space for reflection, dialogue and attention.

My name is Rianne van de Ven (1971). I discovered that I am highly gifted at the age of 33. And with that discovery came the explanation for some of my lesser qualities, problems, and challenges I have experienced my whole life.

In addition to coretalents, I specialize in creativity, giftedness and high sensitivity. I’m based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands but also work on location and online. Looking forward to working with you!
